Chicago police said they found a child's foot and other body parts in a West Side park. The foot was found about 4:40 p.m. CDT in Garfield Park near the park's lagoon, police spokesman Officer Veejay Zala told the Chicago Tribune.

The park was closed for the investigation, and surrounding streets also were blocked for a time.
