Chinese Man Sues His Wife Over Ugly Baby, Jian Feng Wins Case For $120,000

Feng, who divorced his wife last year, filed a suit against his wife for having an "ugly baby" and won the case, getting $120,000 in a court settlement, The Irish Times reported.

According to Feng, his wife underwent plastic surgery amounting to $100,000 to trick him into marrying her and realized that her natural looks gave birth what he alleged is an ugly baby girl.

"I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me," Feng told The Irish Times.

Feng filed for divorce saying she deceived him and convinced him to marry her under false pretenses. He found out she underwent surgery in South Korea before meeting him, discovering she went under the knife after claims she had cheated on him. Feng accused her of infidelity when he said he could not have possibly birthed such an "ugly baby" though DNA resulted revealed he is the father.
