A violent crash just after midnight left four people, including a pregnant teenager, dead on the Major Deegan Expressway, after the driver lost control and hit a cement pillar.

Driver Eduardo Nunez, 30, and Jose Henriquez, 22, were pronounced dead on the scene.

Danielle Abreu, the 16-year-old pregnant woman, was taken to the hospital where she died Friday morning. Her baby, which was due yesterday, was also pronounced.

Twenty-one-year-old-old Raymond Batista, who was riding in the front seat, remains at Saint Barnabas Hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Investigators say they have found no evidence of drinking or criminal activity, but believe the car was going at a high rate of speed when Nunez lost control.
