A six flags amusement park in West Atlanta was submerged under several feet of water as rains that have left people dead poured, according to shocking aerial images taken on Tuesday.

The park is still planning to open on Saturday, according to its spokesman Kendell Kelton said.

Heavy rains and flooding for several days have caused highways and schools to be closed over North Georgia on Tuesday. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution seven people have died in the flood waters. 13
