“Downton Abbey” Season 5 kicked off with a fire, but it seems that episode 2 will be a little less deadly. Lady Rose (Lily James) finds a way to have her music while Anna (Joanne Froggatt) has to make an awkward purchase, according to the synopsis.

Lady Rose has always been a music-lover. She sneaks into clubs to dance and she even brought a singer to Lord Grantham’s (Hugh Bonneville) house for his birthday. So it it's no surprise that she “hits on a strategy to get a radio in the house" in episode 2. That might be a little too modern for Lord Grantham’s household.

Anna will also be involved in another scandal. She’ll have to make “a difficult purchase,” the synopsis teases. What might be so hard to buy? We won’t tell you exactly what she’s buying, but we can give you a few hints. It’s for Lady Mary (Michelle Dockery), and the widow definitely wouldn’t be able to buy it herself. Also, Mary probably wouldn’t send Anna if she weren’t married to Bates (Brendan Coyle).

Daisy (Sophie McShera) will continue to worry about her future. She wants to be educated, and since learning independently hasn’t gone well, it seems that Sarah Bunting (Daisy Lewis) will help her. Though Miss Bunting seems nice, we have to wonder if it’s just an excuse to spend more time at Downton Abbey with Tom Branson (Allen Leech).

As if that weren’t enough, another guest will visit the Abbey. An art historian will also bring some drama to the household.
