Exxon says breakdown repaired at California refinery

HOUSTON - Exxon Mobil Corp said a mechanical breakdown in a processing unit at its 150,000 barrel per day (bpd) Los Angeles-area refinery in Torrance, California, was repaired on Monday and the unit was operating normally.

The breakdown had a minor impact to production, said Exxon spokeswoman Carolin Keith. She declined to identify the unit involved. (Reporting by Erwin Seba)
