Former Madoff business CFO DiPascali to be charged
The former chief financial officer at Bernard Madoff's securities advisory business will be criminally charged in New York tomorrow for his part in a $65 billion Ponzi scheme, according to Bloomberg.
Specific charges were not revealed in the report.
DiPascali will be arraigned at 3p.m. on Tuesday, August 11 and is expected to plead guilty, U.S. Attorney Lev Dassin wrote in a letter today to the judge on the case according to the report.
