“Furious 7,” the latest installment in the long-running “Fast & Furious” franchise, is still over a month away from its April 3 debut. However, eager fans will soon have the opportunity see a new clip from the highly anticipated film to whet their whistles for the big premiere.

During Monday’s “WWE Monday Night Raw” on USA, the network aired a promo for “Furious 7” that promised a new clip of the movie during the premiere of the network's new series – “DIG.” The clip will be an exclusive, never-before-seen peek at the new movie, which will feature one of the last appearances of the late Paul Walker. No details about the clip have been released at this time.

In addition to the clip, USA will air “Fast Five” before the premiere of “DIG” – which airs March 5 at 10 p.m. EST.

So, fans hoping to catch the new clip may be asking what, exactly, is “DIG?” “DIG” is a 10-epiode mini-series that follows an FBI Agent, Peter Connelly (Jason Isaacs), stationed in Jerusalem who uncovers a massive, “DaVinci Code”-esque conspiracy while investigating a young woman’s murder. The series is from co-creators Tim Kring (“Heroes”) and Gideon Raff (“Homeland”).

With the “Furious 7” clip, USA is making a big marketing push to get fans hooked on their new series, but only time will tell if the strategy will pay off. “DIG” premieres on March 5 at 10 p.m. EST on USA, while fans will have to wait until April 3 to see “Furious 7” premiere in theaters.
