A green home does not necessarily refer to a house with solar panels on the roof and an organic garden in the backyard, as some creative builders have built their homes entirely out of recycled materials, according to Shelterpop.

With Earth Day 2011 coming up on April 22, here are some of perhaps the greenest homes that have been created using repurposed materials, from plastic bottle house to a jumbo jet dream home to a ‘bone’ house.
