It’s all about taking baby steps in Season 11 of “Grey’s Anatomy.” When episode 6 concluded, our favorite Grey Sloan Memorial employees were one inch closer to reaching a new goal: Maggie (Kelly McCreary) and Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) were starting to build a father-daughter relationship, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) was getting back into the fitness scene and MerDer (Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey) were learning how to love again (and again and again and again). You gotta’ love those intense “Grey’s Anatomy” makeup sex scenes!

And according to the title of episode 7, the theme of progression will only build during next week’s installment. “Can We Start Again, Please” (a song from the 1970 rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar”) will air next Thursday.

Who will want to start anew in episode 7? Our money is on Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) after the synopsis revealed that secrets about her “past addictions [will] come to light and cause problems for her at the hospital." While Amelia confronts dark memories from her past, Bailey will work on brightening her future as she spends episode 7 overseeing Jo’s (Camilla Luddington) first solo surgery. But the most anticipated storyline will be explored in next week’s episode when Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) is forced to make “an executive decision in Dr. Herman’s (Geena Davis) absence.”

"Grey's Anatomy" viewers learned the reason behind Dr. Herman’s madness in episode 6 when she explained to Arizona why she was pushing her so hard throughout the fellowship. Apparently the terror of a doctor has an inoperable brain tumor that will leave her dead in six months, which is why she’s been spewing out information to a chosen protégé who could continue her knowledgeable legacy. Will Arizona be able to fill the shoes Dr. Herman has left for her?

But amidst all the personal drama in “Grey’s Anatomy,” viewers can undoubtedly expect medical thrills to occur in episode 7. The Grey Sloan doctors will be springing into action during "Can We Start Again, Please" when a “couple arrives to the emergency room after escaping a fire.” Sounds like things are heating up in more ways than one on "Grey's Anatomy."
