Harvest Energy Trust (HTE_u.TO) said on Monday that hurricane Bill had no impact on its 115,000 barrel per day refinery in Come by Chance, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Jason Crumley, a spokesman for the trust, said the refinery was undamaged by the storm, which weakened to a post-tropical storm on Monday after lashing Newfoundland.

Crumley said deliveries of crude oil to the refinery and shipments of refined products were also unaffected.
