The case filed by a magazine freelancer over a videotape that allegedly shows actor Heath Ledger, has ended says an attorney.

Neville Johnson, a lawyer for the former People magazine freelancer, sued to get the tape destroyed would only say, The matter has been resolved, according to the Associated Press.

The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

The lawsuit was filed by Johnson on behalf of the reporter, identified only as Jane Doe.

The motion to inspect Splash News & Picture Agency, the firm that allegedly shot the video, computer and e-mail records and take the deposition of the shooter was recently rejected by a judge.
