It’s probably going to be a Christmas of mixed emotions for “Teen Mom 2” star Kailyn Lowry if a new report by Radar Online is true. Her husband, Javi Marroquin, is reportedly going to leave his family after the holidays because of his job with the Air Force.

Details of Marroquin’s deployment have not been leaked, but she will celebrate Christmas with him in Delaware before he deploys, an insider told Radar Online Friday. “Kailyn can’t give out the specifics of his deployment,” the source said. “The military doesn’t allow it.”

Even though their children, Isaac, 5, who she had with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera, and Lincoln, 2, know their father has to go away for work, it’s not going to be easy for them. “Isaac knows Javi is going away for a while, but he doesn’t really get it,” the source said. “The boys don’t really understand.”

Lowry and Marroquin have had a rollercoaster relationship. The “Teen Mom 2” star admitted they sought couples therapy and “don’t fight like we used to.” She told Radar Online last month: “I think [it was] Javi recognizing his place in what all of our problems and me recognizing my own, just kind of taking responsibility for our own actions and stuff like that… Just also having an understanding that we [respect] each other’s personal space too kind of helped us.”

Lowry, 23, hasn’t hinted on social media that Marroquin might be leaving. The last thing she posted on Twitter was that she hasn’t started Christmas shopping yet. Considering the holiday is a week away, it might be a good idea for her to get started.

“Teen Mom 2” Season 7 has been renewed and already started filming, according to OK! magazine. The new season won’t reportedly air until next summer.
