“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian has long denied she had a nose job, or plastic surgery of any kind, but in an interview with Cosmopolitan Friday, the E! personality said she doesn’t have a problem with people going under the knife — as long as it’s a last resort.

Kardashian’s nose has gotten noticeably smaller as of late, and she correlates it to her 40-pound weight loss. “Everyone says I've had a nose job because my nose is smaller now and I swear I haven't,” she said. “So when I lost weight, my nose did get smaller, and also I now know about contouring. Like when I wash my face, my nose is wider.”

She also slammed rumors that she’s against cosmetic surgery. “I definitely am a fan of plastic surgery. I just think you need to go through the proper channels first,” she said.

For example, Kardashian, 31, has friends who will substitute liposuction for diet and exercise.  “That I disagree with. But if you're working out, and you have a trouble area, and it's still bothering you, then go fix it if you want,” she said.

In fact, the reality star is so nonchalant about plastic surgery that she likened it to makeup. “We're all putting on a f------ mask basically every day anyway,” she said. “…I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.”

Though she hasn’t copped up to any nips or tucks, sister Kim Kardashian West accused her of having Botox injections. “Your whole face has changed. Did you do any filler?” Kim asked during the finale of “KUWTK” Feb. 18. When Khloé denied the injections, Kim pressed on: “You haven’t done any Botox?” she asked again. “Khloé, your whole face changes when you laugh. It's like, I stare at you.”
