“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner loves to post sultry pictures of her bikini body to Instagram, but it’s lead some people to accuse her of getting butt implants. The curvy star admitted she plumped her lips, but never said she altered her famous backside.

Even though Jenner’s bottom half is larger than her top, she probably didn’t get implants. “Kylie [Jenner] has what we usually call a pear shape deformity, meaning her lower body is much bigger than the top of her body,” Dr. Bruce Katz, a clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and director of Juva Skin & Laser Center, told Hollywood Life Thursday. “It’s not uncommon. Many women try to get lipo on their butt to make it smaller. Or they get breast implants to make it more proportional.”

It doesn’t mean she didn’t get plastic surgery, though. She might have gotten liposuction since her abdomen seemingly changed. “She probably did have lipo in her stomach because there is more of a bulge in her waist in 2015 compared to October 2016,” Dr. Katz said. “She may have gotten lipo on her waist to accentuate her butt.”

While most people notice Jenner’s shape became more voluptuous as she matured, she didn’t get her curvy figure from hitting the gym. “I highly doubt Kylie is spending any time in the gym,” plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back told the publication Thursday. “Even if so, no amount of squats would create what she has now.”

Dr. Beck was skeptical she achieved her new looks naturally. “The development of full, round and shapely buttocks is a byproduct of feminine maturation – but to a significantly much less degree than are genetic influences such as heredity and race,” he said.

Jenner, 19, essentially quit her app Tuesday after her team accidentally posted a “very personal” message that she never wrote. “Hey guys from now on I won't be posting personally on my app anymore,” she tweeted. “A post went up today quoting something that I NEVER EVER said or saw. A very personal post that I would never ever approve. And it's unfair to me and you to think that those were my words. I'm sorry and I know we will figure something out so we can all be satisfied.”

On the same day as her app snafu, Jenner made Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list. Next to sister Kim Kardashian West, she is the richest Kardashian-Jenner family member.
