Rapper Tyga says his 17-year-old girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, is more mature than most adults. Jenner, the youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, has been dating the 25-year-old rapper on and off for months.
Tyga told friends that he considers Jenner to be a successful businesswoman. She’s only a teenager, but she’s also a millionaire who runs her own company and owns her own home, according to TMZ. Tyga, also known as Michael Nguyen Stevenson, is eight years older than Jenner, but he says he doesn’t care about the age difference.
Legally, nothing can be done about the relationship unless someone complains. Law enforcement told TMZ that they won’t look into statutory rape charges involving a 17-year-old unless a formal complaint is made, even if the relationship is well-known. The rapper didn’t specify whether he had been intimate with Jenner, but most fans of the couple assume he has.
Meanwhile, Jenner made headlines on Wednesday night when she admitted that she’d had temporary facial fillers like Juvederm or Restylane injected into her lips. Though she denied plastic surgery allegations for months, the truth came out when she made the confession in a commercial preview for Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” on E!.
"I have temporary lip fillers, it's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do," she said in a video clip. "I'm just not ready to talk to reporters about my lips yet because everyone always picks us apart."
Speculation that the star had undergone lip augmentation had been swirling online for months, but Jenner denied it, reminding fans she was only 17.
"I want to admit to the lips, but people are so quick to judge me on everything, so I might have tiptoed around the truth, but I never lied," she said.
