Janet Street-Porter of “Loose Women” fame has left viewers unimpressed after joking about Prince George on his second birthday. The TV presenter described the 2-year-old tot’s shirt as a girl’s blouse and even went on to brand him a “cross-dressing millionaire” on the show Wednesday. The shocking comments by the 68-year-old pertained to his outfit in a recent picture of him released by Kensington Palace.

Fellow “Loose Women” presenters Coleen Nolan, Jamelia and Andrea McLean were all left high and dry by her comments, but the presenter laughed. Before Porter aired her views, her co-panellist Jamelia gushed saying she loved everything about that whole little family. “Quite frankly he looks like a cross-dressing millionaire. He does, he’s a millionaire, and he’s got a girl's blouse on!” she said in her typical acid-tongued manner.

Prince George celebrated his second birthday on Wednesday, and Kensington Palace released a picture to commemorate the special day. The photograph was shot during his younger sister, Princess Charlotte’s christening on July 6.

The adorable photograph was taken by legendary photographer Mario Testino and shows the tot with in the arms of his father Prince William. In the picture, George can be seen leaning toward the camera with a cheeky grin as his dad William holds him laughing in the background. This is an unreleased photograph from his sister’s christening.

He was seen wearing an almost identical outfit as his William did 30 years ago. George’s smocked outfit was tailor-made for him by Rachel Riley, a favorite children’s wear designer of his mom, Kate Middleton. The little royal completed his look with his favorite Start Rites Jo-style first walking shoes, without knee socks.

Meanwhile, Twitter users went berserk over Porter’s comment about George. Many of them agreed that, as George is just a 2-year-old, Street-Porter had lost her mind. Some viewers appeared to agree with Porter and felt George’s fashion was a bit old school.
