A Manhattan woman was arrested on Thursday for stalking and extorting money from Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman.

Louise Neathway, 36, has been charged on multiple counts of grand larceny for attempting to extort at least $15,000 from Cashman, as well as charges of harassment and stalking.

Neathway, who has previous arrests for similar charges, had an affair with the Yankees General Manager. Once it ended, she approached him, asking for $15,000 for a medical procedure and threatened to expose him if he did not agree. Cashman had given the woman $6,000 on Jan. 18.

Cashman told detectives that he met Neathway last April and after a brief affair, cut off contact from her. However, he says, Neathway continued to harass him, sometimes texting him 10 times a night and threatening to harm someone close to him.

Neathway is currently being held on bond for $300,000.
