Madonna will not tolerate smoking at her concerts.

The singer recently performed in Chile and warned fans before the show that she would not sing if they were smoking, TMZ reports.
"If you're going to smoke cigarettes, I'm not doing a show. You don't care about me? I don't care about you. All right? Are we going to play that game?" she said, coming out prior to show time.
"I'm not kidding. I can't sing if you smoke. Entiendes?"
While the crowd screamed in protest, the offending fans continued smoking, and Madonna maintained that there would be no smoking permitted at her concert.
"You're looking right at me and smoking cigarettes, like I'm a stupid f--king idiot," she added, and eventually got her way. You don't mess with the Queen.
After the smokers put out their cigarettes, the concert went on without further incident, according to TMZ.
Despite the incident, Madonna's performances have been extremely popular this year -- the singer's MDNA Tour was the highest grossing tour of 2012.
