A Pennsylvania man considered a bank error as 'a gift from God' when $ $177,250 was deposited into his joint account with his wife at FNB Bank last summer.

He considered it divine providence and didn't ask the bank what happened.

Instead of telling the bank, they withdrew the money, quit their jobs and moved to Florida, Police said.

Randy Pratt, 50, and Melissa Pratt, 60, face trial in Columbia County Court on felony theft and conspiracy charges. They waived a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

The couple gave away thousands of dollars, including $25,000 to a Florida church shelter for the homeless, Police added.

Melissa Pratt is free on unsecured bail, and Randy Pratt is in county prison. A District Judge Donna Coombe denied a request to lower his $100,000 bail.
