Pippa Middleton exchanged vows with her longtime boyfriend James Matthews, Saturday. While all the eyes were on the bride, people could not help but notice her new brother-in-law Spencer Matthews.

27-year-old Spencer is younger to James by 14 years and attended the prestigious Eton College. After graduating from the all-boys boarding school, he moved to the U.S. to study cinema and television arts at the University of Southern California. However, he left the course after nine months, according to the Telegraph. After returning to the U.K., he began working in public relations.

Spencer gained popularity on the first series of British reality show “Made in Chelsea” that began in 2011. During the time, he reportedly cheated on three girlfriends and dated several women.

Spencer also appeared on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here” and “The Bachelor U.K.” His stint at “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here” was short-lived. He was told to leave the show after producers found that he was on steroids.

Following the dismissal, he issued a statement saying: "Shortly after I arrived in Australia I told the production team that I was taking a steroid-based medication that had begun some weeks ago. When I started taking this program of pills it was in preparation for a charity boxing match which, ironically, never took place."

"My admission to the production team that I was still taking these pills led to the conclusion that it would be unsafe for me to stay in the jungle - a decision which I found extremely hard to stomach. I pushed back but ultimately the show's duty of care prevailed and bags had to be packed," Spencer said.

He was also seen on an episode of “The Jump” and has been making regular appearances on “Loose Women” — a British daytime television show that focuses on four women discussing various issues and everyday life.

In 2012, he was seen snorting cocaine at a house party and in 2015 he told Cosmopolitan magazine: "I really don't think cocaine is that shocking... So many people do it."

In his 2013 book “Confessions of a Chelsea Boy,” he reportedly wrote: "I knew taking cocaine wasn't right... and like most parents, mine had warned me away from drugs. But sometimes people want to experience things for themselves."

Spencer is known for regularly raising funds for charity and promotes the Michael Matthews Foundation in memory of his brother, who died in a skiing accident. The foundation is to provide education for children in remote places.

He is currently dating Irish model and fellow TV star, Vogue Williams, who was not to seen at Pippa’s wedding. Prior to the ceremony speculations arose that Williams was not invited. However, her representative told Harper’s Bazaar: "Vogue has a prior engagement in her diary on the date of the wedding, but wishes Pippa and James all the best on their special day."
