N.Y. regulator subpoenas BofA for list of who got bonuses
The New York Attorney General's office has subpoenaed Bank of America to submit a list of employees who got bonuses and the amounts that the employees received, a spokesman for the New York Attorney General said on Thursday.
Bank of America Chief Executive Ken Lewis, who left New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's office after testifying, said I answered all the questions to the best of my knowledge.
A spokesman for Bank of America said he did not know if Lewis would be called on again to provide additional information.
