Oracle marked its 30th year of existence with a Service Leadership Award awarded by the Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA) for its tremendous contribution to innovation in the technology services industry.

Stephen Smith, the Executive director of the SSPA, said that Oracle has a long-standing focus and dedication to its customer success as well as contributing a lot to the technical support of industries making it very much committed to delivering world class customer support.

We are honored to receive this recognition by the SSPA, said Juergen Rottler, executive vice president of Oracle Customer Services.

Rottler added that the award reflects the firm's continuous commitment to delivering superior ownership experience for its customers.

We will continue to drive innovation and breakthroughs in service delivery and believe that our contributions are defining the next generation of customer service. It's an exciting time for Oracle and Oracle's Customers, said Rottler.

Currently customers and partners for Oracle from various parts of the world are attending Oracle Openworld event in San Francisco where they are sharing ideas about information technology as well as exhibiting their current technological works.
