Fusion-IO, Barclays Plc, Southwestern Energy, Hewlett-Packard, Facebook, Nokia Corp, Weatherford International, Seadrill and GNC Holdings Inc. are among the companies whose shares are moving in the pre-market trading Friday.

Fusion-IO, Inc. (FIO) stock climbed 24.17 percent to $26.10 in pre-market trading. The company announced Thursday that its fiscal 2013 revenue growth to be in the range of 45 to 50 percent. Fusion-IO also reported fourth quarter adjusted net profit of $9.85 million or $0.09 per share compared to analysts' estimate of $0.03 per share.

Barclays Plc (BCS) stock surged 2.85 percent to $11.53 in pre-market trading. The bank announced that Sir David Walker had been appointed as a non-executive Director of Barclays with effect from September 1, 2012, and will succeed Marcus Agius as Chairman of Barclays with effect from November 1, 2012.

Southwestern Energy Co. (SWN) stock gained 1.71 percent to $33.38 in pre-market trading. The company stock was upgraded to "add" rating from "neutral" rating at Capital One.

Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) stock advanced 1.49 percent to $19.70 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $17.41, a 52-week high of $34.00 and $38.27 billion in market capitalization.

Facebook Inc. (FB) stock gained 1.29 percent to $21.28 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $19.82, a 52-week high of $45.00 and $45.01 billion in market capitalization.

Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock plunged 3.75 percent to $2.82 in pre-market trading. The company stock climbed more than 9 percent in regular trading Thursday after Digia Oyj announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire Qt software technologies and Qt business from Nokia.

Weatherford International Ltd. (WFT) stock fell 1.38 percent to $12.89 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $10.85, a 52-week high of $18.33 and $9.93 billion in market capitalization.

Seadrill Ltd. (SDRL) stock declined 1.16 percent to $39.90 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $24.68, a 52-week high of $42.34 and $18.89 billion in market capitalization.

GNC Holdings Inc. (GNC) stock declined 1.10 percent to $38.75 in pre-market trading. The company announced Thursday that an underwritten offering of 10 million shares of its Class A common stock to be sold by Ares Corporate Opportunities Fund II, L.P. and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. The Company is neither issuing nor selling any shares in the offering.
