Australian actress Rachel Griffiths revealed the date of her pregnancy just a week after announcing she is expecting her third child.

The 40-year-old star of Brothers and Sisters told People magazine that is she is relieved she can finally talk about her pregnancy, after hiding it from the world for the past three months.

I feel great – it's just great, she said at the Australia Week 2009 Black Tie Gala in Los Angeles Sunday night, where she was presented with the Excellence in Television & Film award by costars Sally Field and Matthew Rhys.

I'm due in July. I'm in my second trimester and it's just amazing. I'm just relieved I don't have to suck my stomach in anymore, she laughed. Not that it fooled anyone the other day [at the Golden Globes].

She wore a gold lose-fitting dress that got people guessing she could be pregnant.

Griffiths shared that she felt like she was hiding under that gold dress. I kinda wasn't ready to announce it then, but it provoked so many questions I was like, 'Alright, okay, let's just not pretend anymore.' And now I can't suck in anymore – it's out.

The Muriel's Wedding is Andrew Taylor and they have two children together.
