The New Haven Police Department said detectives have secured the arrest of Raymond Clark III in the killing of Yale student Annie Le.

Police said he was arrested and set a bail on $3 million, Police Chief James Lewis said today. He added that the case was considered a workplace crime.

DNA from Clark was match to the crime, The New Haven Register and Yale Daily News reported citing police sources.

Annie Le's body was found stuffed in the wall of a research center on Sunday, five days after she disappeared.

Autopsy results showed she was suffocated to death.
