Ryan Jenkins the man charged with the murder of former playboy model, Jasmine Fiore, has not been arrested.

Previously reports claimed Jenkins was arrested at a Toronto airport last night but the man who was arrested was not Jenkins. The man arrested on an airplane was mistaken for Jenkins and was then released, TMZ reported.

Jenkins is still at large and is believed to be somewhere in Canada.
