Indiana Jones star Shia LaBeouf has had his driver's license suspended as a result of his July 2008 car crash.

LaBeouf's driver's license was suspended on January 17th as a result of refusing chemical tests in a July 2008 car crash, Access Hollywood reports.

The license suspension will last for a minimum of one year.

In September, the LA County DA's office announced there was insufficient evidence to charge the Transformer actor with drunken driving for his involvement in the crash.

The accident caused his hand to be badly injured.

LaBeouf was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after showing physical signs of impairment, according to the LA Sheriff's Department.

At the time of the crash, LaBeouf rejected a breathalyzer test, though he was warned his failure to take the test might later result in suspension of his license.
