Smith's Son died for Accidental Drugs Overdose, Jury says.

Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel Smith, died from an accidental drug overdose according to a Bahamas jury.

The jury deliberated less than two hours before returning the verdict Monday and recommended not filing criminal charges, the Associated Press reported.

Daniel Smith, 20, died in 2006 in a Bahamas hospital while he was visiting his mother - the former Playboy model and reality TV Star- as she gave birth to a baby girl.

As Daniel was sleeping in a chair, Anna realized his unconsciousness and later finds he is dead.

At the time, Daniel's death certificate stated that the cause of death was pending chemical analysis but it was confirmed the existence of three different drugs in his bloodstream.

Anna Nicole Smith married in 1985 to Billy Smith, the father of Daniel, and divorced two years later. In 1994 Smith married 89 year old J. Howard Marchal II, an oil billionaire.

Daniel's mother joined her son a few months later due to an accidental overdose of methadone, anti-anxiety and weight-reducing drugs, vitamins and possibly other substances.
