Katie Holmes performed a tribute to Judy Garland's Get Happy for FOX TV Show So You Think You Can Dance which aired Thursday night.

Holmes sang and danced in the number in a black tuxedo jacket, tights and a hat which she later throws in in classic Broadway style. Eight male dancers accompanied her in the performance lifting her in the air twice similar to the way Garland's dancers interacted with one-time 'Wizard of Oz' star in the original musical.

The number was planned to promote the Dizzy Feet Foundation, a charity founded by the shows' judge Nigel Lythgoe and co-founded by Holmes that will give dance scholarships to talented underprivileged youth.
