What will happen in episode 2 of "Supernatural"? Find out what Season 10 has in store for demon Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Crowley (Mark Sheppard) when "Reichenbach" airs. The CW

If you thought the Season 10 premiere of “Supernatural” was intense, just wait until you see what the hit CW series has in store when episode 2, “Reichenbach,” airs next Tuesday. According to the synopsis for next week’s installment, fans should anticipate a family reunion between our favorite Winchester brothers.

When episode 1, “Black,” concluded, Dean (Jensen Ackles) had left Sam (Jared Padalecki) stranded in the dungeon of Cole (guest star Travis Aaron Wade), who was threatening to slit poor Sammy’s throat in hopes of getting to Dean. Cole blamed Dean for his father’s death years ago and wants retribution. But did demon Dean give a hoot that his brother was being used as leverage and tortured by a monster?

“I told him to let me go, so any jam he’s in now, that is his problem. … He knows damn sure that if I am one thing, I am a man of my word,” Dean coldly said. But according to the promo video of episode 2, it looks like Dean will be the one unable to let his little brother go.

After Dean rescues Sam -- and beats the crud out of Cole -- he’ll be forced to spook his brother away when Sam mentions the idea of changing his demonic sibling back into his human form.

“Whatever happened, we will fix it,” Sam said. But Dean isn’t interested in returning to his old life. And we can’t exactly blame him -- karaoke, drinking and sex? Dean is living the demon life.

“I’m doing all I can not to rip out your throat,” he replied.

The synopsis continued to tease that Dean will need to “feed his mark” -- or at least, that what Crowley (Mark Sheppard) insinuated.

“Crowley notices Dean is becoming more and more aggressive. Dean tells him that’s the side effect of being a demon, but Crowley knows it’s something more -- the Mark of Cain needs to be fed.” Does that mean viewers should anticipate Dean going on a killing spree? Meanwhile, “Hannah (guest star Erica Carroll) sees how weak Castiel (Misha Collins) is becoming as his grace continues to fade, so she makes a bold choice and asks Metatron (guest star Curtis Armstrong) for help.”

Make sure to tune into episode 2 of “Supernatural” when “Reichenbach” airs on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at 9 p.m
