Calvin Harris is said to be recovering after a Los Angeles car accident has resulted in a brief hospitalization.
Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Harris will be spending the next few days recuperating from minor injuries sustained from a car incident that transpired on Friday. A source has told E!News that the DJ is “doing better” after the car accident. "He is keeping an eye on his body to make sure he is 100% this week," the source stated.
The source has also shared that Harris was “in shock” following the incident. Swift’s beau was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles where a Volkswagen Beetle crossed over the middle line and crashed into the SUV that Harris was riding. In a statement released to E!News, the DJ’s representative stated that Harris has “sustained a number of injuries” and has been examined by physicians at the hospital after the accident.
However, Harris has already checked out of the hospital and “is now recovering,” according to the DJ’s representative. “We wish all the other passengers involved in the incident a fast recovery,” Harris’ rep added.
Meanwhile, Harris was said to have notified his girlfriend Swift shortly after the incident. A source has exclusively told HollywoodLife.com that the singer “doesn’t want [Harris] doing anything for the next few days.” It appears that the “Bad Blood” crooner is looking forward to taking very good care of her boyfriend. “And when she sees him she will be waiting on him hand and foot,” the source said.
Although Harris does not want Swift to worry and create a fuss, the singer is said to be adamant in looking after her boyfriend, according to the source. “She will be catering to him for everything he needs, even if that includes driving him around or making him a cup of tea,” the source added.
As a result of the car accident, Harris has cancelled two performances. However, the DJ is expected to perform at Las Vegas’ OMNIA nightclub Friday.
