“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2” will be introducing new characters to assist the main villain Shredder. Newly leaked photos from the set reveal the new Shredder costume along with characters Karai and Bebop. [Spoiler Alert!]

Bebop is a cartoon character who was seen working for Shredder in the animation series. Leaked photos from the production set of the movie, posted on the TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles fan website, show the character being portrayed by actor Gary Anthony Williams. The actor can be seen sporting a pink Mohawk hairstyle and wearing a nose ring, just as the character did in the cartoons.

One of the photos show Williams sitting next to fellow cast member Stephen Farrelly, also known as Sheamus. The two actors appear to be filming a scene at a café. Sheamus will be playing the character Rocksteady. Bebop and Rocksteady are expected to change appearance after their mutation, and in the cartoons they appear as a warthog and a rhino, respectively.

The two characters may be working for the villain Shredder, played by Brian Tee, in the movie. Readers will note that Shredder’s new costume appears to include retractable blades on the wrist, a weapon used by the character in the cartoons.

“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2” will also be introducing Shredder’s daughter Karai, played by Brittany Ishibashi. More leaked photos of the actress and some of the other cast members from the production set have been posted on JoBlo.  The photos show the costume of the members of the evil Foot Clan carrying samurai swords.

Megan Fox, who plays April O’Neil, can also be seen in some of the leaked images. The actress appears to be conducting an interview for a news story in one of the leaked images. The photos also show cast member Laura Linney, who may be playing a senior police officer in New York City (based on the badge she is wearing in the image.)

Cast members Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard, Alan Ritchson and Noel Fisher will be reprising their roles as Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2,” respectively. The movie is slated to be released June 3, 2016 in the U.S.
