Deviled eggs are a must at Thanksgiving. Not only are they delicious, but they're quick and easy to make.

Here is a great recipe for classic deviled eggs.

Ingredients
12 hard-cooked eggs
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Mustard
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. paprika

How to make

1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Mash yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and salt.
2. Put the yolk mixture into a plastic bag and snip the end off one corner.
3. Pipe the mixture into the whites. Sprinkle with paprika, as desired.
4. Cover and chill for at least one hour

Variations of the classic deviled eggs are also possible. The shrimp and olive deviled eggs as well as the blue cheese, bacon and herbed deviled eggs are two particularly popular variations. The shrimp mixture will consist of yolk shrimp, olives, onions, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. The cheese mixture will consist of yolk, blue cheese, bacon, garlic, sour cream, chives, marjoram, tarragon, and pepper.
