NetSpend Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:NTSP) shares gained 29.45 percent to $15.91 in post-market trading. The company announced after the close Tuesday that it agreed to be acquired by TSYS in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion. The transaction is expected to close in mid-2013.
Rambus Inc (NASDAQ:RMBS) shares climbed 7.02 percent to $6.25 in post-market trading Tuesday. The company announced Tuesday it has signed a patent license agreement with LSI Corporation (NASDAQ: LSI). This agreement allows LSI Corporation to include Rambus patented innovations in all its products. In addition, the two companies have settled all outstanding claims.
SINA Corporation (NASDAQ:SINA) shares advanced 6.39 percent to $56.90 in post-market trading. Sina Corp posted better-than-expected fourth quarter revenue and profit amid concerns about the slowing growth of Chinese online advertising. It posted overall fourth quarter net revenue of $139.1 million, versus an average forecast for $133.9 million according to Thomson Reuters analysts.
Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc (NASDAQ:MDRX) shares gained 5.72 percent to $11.82 in post-market trading. The company shares have a 52-week trading range of $8.84-$20.50 and a market capitalization of $1.92 billion.

Limelight Networks Inc (NASDAQ:LLNW) shares dropped 7.56 percent to $2.20 in post-market trading. The company reported fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results. Limelight Networks posted a fourth quarter loss per share of $0.12 versus a loss of $0.06 per share a year ago.
Zix Corporation (NASDAQ:ZIXI) shares slumped 7.29 percent to $3.18 in post-market trading. Zix Corp announced that for first quarter of 2013, it expects revenue to be between $11.7 million and $11.9 million and fully diluted adjusted earnings per share to be $0.03. For fiscal 2013, it projects revenues to be between $48 million and $50 million and fully diluted non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share to be between $0.19 and $0.20. Analysts on an average were expecting the Company to report revenues of $12 million and EPS of $0.04 for first quarter of 2013; revenue of $50 million and EPS of $0.20 for fiscal 2013.
ANADIGICS Inc (NASDAQ:ANAD) shares fell 2.63 percent to $6.07 in post-market trading. The company reported $0.20 loss per share for the quarter, missing the Thomson Reuters consensus estimate of $0.19 by $0.01.
