NewLead Holdings Ltd (NEWL) shares climbed 32.09 percent to $2.47 in post-market trading. The stock gained over 167 percent in regular trade after the company announced that it received a capital contribution of industrial metal valued at $236.4 million for a 36.8% equity interest in NewLead.
VOXX International Corporation (VOXX) shares gained 17.24 percent to $9.18 in post-market trading. The shares gained after the company announced sharp increases in sales and earnings during its third quarter, exceeding analysts’ expectations and reaffirmed its fiscal 2013 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $61 million.
