Gainers

Cenveo Inc. (CVO) shares surged 3.09 percent to $2.22 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 3 percent in regular trading.

Gafisa SA (GFA) shares advanced 2.16 percent to $3.79 in post-market trading. The company stock tumbled nearly 10 percent in regular trading.

Community Health Systems Inc. (CYH) shares rose 2.04 percent to $29.70 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.61, a 52-week high of $30.00 and $2.65 billion in market capitalization.

Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. (FNP) shares advanced 2.03 percent to $10.72 in post-market trading.

Buckle Inc. (BKE) shares gained 2.02 percent to $45.61 in post-market trading. The company announced Thursday that the net sales for the five-week fiscal month ending Sept. 29, 2012 increased 0.8 percent to $99.1 million from the net sales of $98.4 million for the prior year five-week fiscal month ending Oct. 1, 2011.

Losers

Ryder System Inc. (R) shares plunged 5.80 percent to $39.15 in post-market trading. The company stock climbed nearly 6 percent in regular trading.

BPZ Resources Inc. (BPZ) shares plunged 5.76 percent to $2.69 in post-market trading.  

Swift Transportation Co. (SWFT) shares fell 5.13 percent to $8.77 in post-market trading. The company announced Thursday that it would release its earnings for the third quarter ending Sept. 30, 2012 at market close Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.

McEwen Mining Inc. (MUX) shares declined 5.04 percent to $4.58 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.96, a 52-week high of $6.17 and $1.29 billion in market capitalization.

Arbor Realty Trust Inc. (ABR) shares fell 4.63 percent to $5.77 in post-market trading. The company announced Thursday that it had commenced a public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock.
