R&B singer K. Michelle reignited an old feud with reality star Toya Wright on Instagram Tuesday. The two once battled over rapper Memphitz, K. Michelle’s ex, whom she claimed physically assaulted her. Wright, now divorced from Memphitz, wrote a book called “How to Lose a Husband,” and K. Michelle had to comment.

When the Shade Room posted a photo of the cover art for the book, K. Michelle penned a snide retort and left three laughing emoji on the image. Wright caught wind of K. Michelle’s response and said, “Glad to know [you’re] watching.” This prompted the former “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star to add, “Watching you looking stupid.”

This was just the beginning of Tuesday’s feud, though. Wright then posted a picture of a cryptic quote that read, “I’m so here for all these petty b------ tonight” and K. Michelle sounded off in the comment section.

Her entire post, as it appears, on Instagram, is as follows:

“You lose a man by sleeping in them bedazzled ass bonnets while handing out hall passes. I’m gone laugh at yo a—FOREVAA after the hell you put me through calling me a liar. How you gone tell another woman what she went through? I’m gone always be petty when it comes to you. You tried to make my life hell, don’t try me b---- ever again in yo life. You a joke and I have the best sense of humor.”

Not wanting K. Michelle to have the final word, Wright fired off another comment. She said the singer has a “beautiful voice” but is “classless” with an “inflated ass.”

K. Michelle, in her typical fashion, made sure she finished the battle, slamming Wright with a final blow: “I’d rather date until I get it right, rather than make a hobby out of divorce like you.”

To rewind to 2012, Wright said in an interview with TalkingWithTami.com that Memphitz never abused anyone. “I promised myself that I was never going to talk about that because she’s so irrelevant to me, but I’m going to say this: The picture she’s painting of my husband, is not my husband,” she said. “I’ve been knowing him for six years. I know several women that he has dated that never said anything about abuse. If someone abused you like that, where’s the proof? Where’s the police report? Where’s the pictures?” Wright added: “He’s a very loving person. He’s very affectionate. Anyone who knows him for real, just be like, ‘What is wrong with this girl?’ The crazy part about it is that everyone said you crazy and that you hit him.”
