On Monday, February 9, the Project 30 Task Force issued a final report to analyze the USA Team performance in Beijing five months ago.

The report which was authored by nine-time Olympic gold medal winner Carl Lewis and eight other members of an independent task force is composed of an Introduction, Executive Summary, Findings and Recommendations.

The United States 'The Project 30 Task Force' citing USA Track & Field's operations and its athletes' lack of professionalism.

The 69-page report that has been issued recommends an overhaul of the organization's high-performance program, improvements to its anti-doping policies and the termination of its million-dollar relay program.

The Project 30 Task Force is a team which has been studying the U.S. track team's performance last summer in Beijing.
