Today's books video is a short piece uploaded by Josh Linkner, the author of the business book Disciplined Dreaming: A Proven System to Drive Breakthrough Creativity (Jossey-Bass, Feb. 22, 256 pages, $26.95).

As you share ideas, don't go out on a limb to the point where you're making stuff up, because it will erode your credibility, and all the other stuff that you say, which may be totally valid, starts to lose the authenticity that you so desperately need in this hypercompetitive world, he says.
