Quarterback Jake Locker from the University of Washington has decided not to submit his name in consideration for the 2010 National Football League Draft, the university announced today.

Locker decided that he will return to Washington for his senior season.

I am very excited about this team's opportunities and potential for the upcoming season and I am looking forward to being a part of it, Locker said in a statement on the University's website.
