Republican congressman, Anh Joseph Cao, became the only house member of the GOP to vote for the health care reform on Saturday.

Cao says he voted in support of the bill based on the needs of the people of my district.

It was the right decision for the people of my district, he added.

Cao from New Orleans won the election last year.
