The Yankees agreed to re-acquire right-hander Javier Vazquez from the Braves on Tuesday as part of a five-player trade, the New York Post reports.

In the deal Vazquez and lefty reliever Boone Logan will go to the Yankees in exchange for Melky Cabrera, Mike Dunn and minor leaguer Arodys Vizcaino, the report said.

Vazquez will join C.C. Sabathia, A.J. Burnett and Andy Pettitte in the rotation.

Vazquez is expected to give the Yankees sure innings. The player has pitched at least 198 innings in every season since 2000, the NY Post noted.

The Yankees said through a spokesman that it had nothing to announce at this time, according to the club's website.
