Despite her split from Bradley Cooper, Irina Shayk continues to be a strong believer in marriage. In a recent interview, the model spoke about how she is a normal person like everyone else, and she also talked about people’s obsession with her personal life.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Shayk said that she believes in marriage and added that she is not the kind of person who would be against the institution of marriage. The model shares a daughter with Cooper, but the two of them never got married.

The breakup of Cooper and Shayk dominated the headlines when the news became public. Talking about people’s obsession about her dating life, the model said that it is normal human behavior to be curious about such things.

“There's a curtain there, you want to open the curtain,” Shayk said about people’s curiosity about her personal life.

Although she is a celebrity, Shayk emphasised that she is a regular person with regular problems. She explained that she is not a “stiff model” who poses for the camera looking perfect. Among the problems she faces day to day are bad skin days and bad hair days.

There are days when Shayk apparently doesn’t look like a model at all, according to her. “I'm just a real human being,” she said.

Shayk posed for the cameras for the magazine outside her home, but when the crew asked her to wear a 50s style pram to get the right look for the theme of the shoot, she reportedly refused. The model wanted the shoot to be real.

“I'm not a fancy uptown girl who's wearing fancy outfits, pushing a fancy stroller,” Shayk said. She apparently wasn’t ready for a reshoot after an “audio gaffe,” and she explained that the first take was enough because that was both “fun” and “real.”

Shayk is the face of the magazine’s Summer 2019 issue. The model shared a picture of the cover on her Instagram page.

Cooper and Shayk split last month after being in a relationship for four years. Sources close to the former couple told People that the two celebrities ended things because their relationship changed from romance to a partnership.
