For disabled people, playing pool is still a possibility, with some taking the challenge despite impediments.

Gang-woo Lee, 43, who doesn't have arms and uses a hook and his toes to hold the cue stick, is a participant in the Gwangju senior town pool tournament 2011 in South Korea, according to Yonhap News.

Using legs and toes to play pool makes it difficult to hit the ball with power and stroke, but other than it's not too problematic he said.

Playing pool is very good for releasing stress and anxiety.

The tournament was sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Korea Sports Association for the Disabled.

Through this tournament we hope more disabled people will become a part of our group and we hope pool will become a popular sports among disabled people, said Kyung-taek Na, the President of the Gwangju Pool Association for the Disabled.
