‘America’s Got Talent’
Will Darci Lynne Farmer or Angelica Hale win “America’s Got Talent” Season 12? NBC

Things are looking good for both Darci Lynne Farmer and Angelica Hale following their performances in “America’s Got Talent” Season 12.

On Tuesday night’s grand finals, the two young contestants gave their performances everything they’ve got. Singing ventriloquist Darci Lynne stepped up her game by bringing two of her puppets, Petunia and Oscar. The 12-year-old also came up with another hilarious script wherein the two puppets argued over who brought Darci Lynne to the finale.

The singing ventriloquist’s act seemed much longer then her previous performances. But it was also more difficult since she had to voice the two puppets and then converse with them. When Oscar and Petunia finally sung, their voices were extremely different, which meant that Darci Lynne did an impressive job at ventriloquism that night.

Darci Lynne, who happens to be Mel B’s golden buzzer, received a standing ovation from the audiences and four judges. She has been a frontrunner in the competition. There have also been some predictions saying that she could bring home the $1 million grand prize.

But 10-year-old Angelica has also been dubbed a possible winner of “America’s Got Talent” Season 12. She performed her own rendition of Clean Bandit’s song “Symphony.” Judge Simon Cowell praised the 4-feet-tall singer for choosing the songs that she is most comfortable in. Judge Howie Mandel predicts that Angelica is “in it to win it.” She also received a standing ovation from the judges.

So by the looks of it, Darci Lynne and Angelica will be the final two contestants on stage tomorrow night when host Tyra Banks announces the winners. Whoever wins will not only bring home the cash prize, but will also headline a series of shows in Las Vegas. But this will also depend on the turnout of votes from the viewing public.

Other contestants who also took the Dolby Theater stage on Tuesday night included comedian Preacher Lawson, dog act Sara & Hero, dance troupes Diavolo and Light Balance and singers Mandy Harvey, Chase Goehring, Evie Clair and Kechi Okwuchi.

“America’s Got Talent” Season 12 final results show will air on Wednesday at 8 p.m. EDT on NBC.
