Here is the current update on the status of Android 6.0 Marshmallow roll out for LG G4, LG V10, LG G Flex 2 LG Nexus 5X, LG G3, and LG G2. Google

According to fresh information, users of LG V10, LG G4, LG G3, LG Flex 2, and LG G Stylo will be the first ones over other LG smartphones to receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade. The South Korean tech giant is also expected to release Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update soon after the 6.0 update is widely made available to users of aforementioned smartphones.

The LG Nexus 5X is currently the only smartphone from the company to have receive the Android 6.0.1 upgrade. The Android 6.0.1 update is not a major update as it only brings along 200+ emojis and improved performance.

The Android 6.0 upgrade is currently available for LG V10 smartphone. However, since it is the flagship smartphone from the firm with unmatched specs, it is likely to receive the latest Android build soon. The LG G Flex 2 is the other smartphone that was released with flagship specs at the start of 2015. Even owners of LG G Flex 2 are currently waiting to receive Android 6.0 upgrade.

The LG G4 users have already received Android 6.0 upgrade. The roll out of the update first began in South Korean in October. It was then revealed for users in Poland and finally it was also released for Americas, Asia and Europeans users.

The LG G4 Android 6.0 update brought along proprietary software such as Memo Capture+ and LG AirDrive. Both are renamed versions of LG Q+ and LG Bridge apps, respectively. The LG G Stylo users on Sprint have started receiving LS770ZV7 Android 6.0 update in the last week of December 2015.

In December 2015, LG G3 owners in Poland received Android 6.0 upgrade. The update is gradually being rolled out to LG G3 users in other countries as well. As of this writing, there is no confirmation whether the LG G2 from 2013 will be receiving the Android M update.
