Former MTV star Tila Tequila slammed Angela “Big Ang” Raiola on her Facebook page and was criticized for the harsh words she used for the former “Mob Wives” star, who has not even been buried yet. Tequila's post came as Big Ang’s friends and co-stars took to social media to remember and pay their tributes to her after they attended the late reality TV star’s visitation Saturday.

Tequila said on Facebook she was confused with the support that poured for the “Mob Wives” star and felt that fans should not mourn for Big Ang’s death because her husband Neil Murphy was a mob boss and killed people for a living, the Inquisitr reported, citing the Hollywood Gossip. While fans slammed Tequila for her comment, several users also pointed out it was Big Ang’s uncle Salvatore “Sally Dogs” Lombardi who was connected to the mob, and not Murphy, who was a contractor and a sanitation services technician.

Fans defended Big Ang against Tequila's words and described why she deserved respect and praise, but Tequila stuck to her opinion and replied to several of the comments. Fans also called her out on sharing a photo with Big Ang on the day she died, saying that she will miss her. Big Ang died Thursday at the age of 55 after battling lung cancer.

“Do you guys think she deserves to be praised? I mean she was the wife of a serial murderer mobster why is everyone so sad? Did she cry for the families her husband destroyed? I don’t understand why everyone feels so sad lol what do you guys think,” Tequila asked on her Facebook page, along with a link to photographs showing the last moments of the “Mob Wives” star.

One user commented on Tequila’s post, saying: “Remember your own words from a few days ago? If you dont, here they are: ‘I am terribly sad to hear that Big Ang has passed away! I didn't know her well, but when I met her she was the only other celebrity who was friendly with me, and always sat next to me. She was asking me a lot about Izzy, and then shared pics of her family to me, and told me what a blessing babies are! She was a very fun, and free spirit for the short time that I got to spend with her! R.I.P. Big Ang! You will be missed dearly.’” The user added: “And now you are going to say the complete opposite? Make up your mind next time before you throw this kinds of BS on your page. You are contradicting yourself now. Time to unlike you and your page since you are fake as hell.”

Another user said: “Take this post down its disrespectful and when you were removed off of big brother you wanted sympathy and people gave you it thinking you changed your ways, big ang was related to a mobster she wasn't married to one, you don't choose family, im upset you lost a fan.”

While Tequila was slammed by users for posting a “heartless thing,” Big Ang’s friends and co-stars Carla Facciolo, Renee Graziano and Drita D'Avanzo shared photos of their group together on Instagram, reminiscing about their time with the reality TV star.
