Anheuser-Busch InBev NV (NYSE: BUD), which brews Budweiser and Stella Artois, said Friday it will pay $20.1 billion for full control of Mexico's Grupo Modelo SAB de CV, which brews Corona Extra, boosting the Belgium company's global dominance of the beer industry.

The combined company will have 2012 estimated revenues of $47 billion from operations in 24 countries that employ 150,000 people.
