AOL, a unit of Time Warner Inc, said on Monday it will move its corporate headquarters to New York City from Dulles, Virginia, amid a realignment of its advertising business.

The company also said it had agreed to provide computer maker Hewlett-Packard Co with co-branded local language versions of its Internet portal, toolbar and search for use on HP desktop and notebook computers. (Reporting by Sinead Carew)
